To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the « Art rendez-vous » in Summer, the Château Sainte Roseline is proud to WELCOME Arik Levy and his exhibition named « MineralNature » from the 6th July to the 2nd of October 2020.
« The Château Sainte Roseline has always been close to the world of Art, Aurélie Bertin says, owner of Château Sainte Roseline. Again this year, I wanted to perpetuate this tradition by displaying monumental sculptures in the outside areas of the estate so to sublimate the place and offer our visitors an other vision of our estate.
I am more than happy to welcome Arik Levy this summer, an artist whose works are partularly appreciated and collected by my family and I . This is a good opportunity to let our visitors discover himt= and to enhance our values : respect of the environment, rigour and aestheticism.
This summer exhibition, with these monumental works of art displayed throughout the estate, underline the width of Arik’s work (materials that are used, shapes, colours, etc…). »

Hailing originally from Israel and moving to Europe after his first participation in a group sculpture exhibition in Tel-Aviv in 1986, Levy set up his studio in Paris in 1992.
Artist, technician, photographer, designer, video artist, Levy’s skills are multi-disciplinary, and his works are shown and installed worldwide. Best known publicly for his sculptures – such as his
signature Rock pieces –, his installations, limited editions and design, Levy nevertheless feels « The world is about people, not objects. »
The « MineralNature » exhibition at Château Sainte Roseline is the most important for Arik Levy in Provence this summer. Thirteen exclusive works have been displayed at the heart of the estate and offers a new way of looking at these century-old walls .
As Arik Levy says « Mineral nature » is the representation of 2 elements that come together and merge to give birth to an ensemble of outdoor sculptures installed at Château Sainte-Roseline in the South of France.
The juxtaposition of the 14th century building and the imposing plane trees that surround it, creates a magical environment, the perfect set-up for my creations, interpreted minerals sculpted by man. For the first time, I have the opportunity to exhibit an ensemble of sculptures, made from a wide variety of materials and to install them in a place where nature and architecture interact ».
